    Private Douro Valley Tour – Two Wineries & River Cruise Discover the beauty of the Douro Valley on a private day tour from Porto designed for travellers who wish to combine wine, landscapes and authentic local experiences. Your day begins with hotel pick-up in Porto, where your guide will introduce the program before heading towards the Douro Valley while sharing insights about the region's history, culture and wine traditions. During the tour, you will visit two local wineries where you will learn about the wine-making process and enjoy guided tastings of selected regional wines. Around midday we stop in the picturesque village of Pinhão, located in the heart of the Douro Valley. Here you will have free time to enjoy lunch at a traditional restaurant of your choice (meal not included). Afterwards, enjoy a relaxing 1-hour Douro River cruise aboard a traditional Rabelo boat, offering beautiful views over the terraced vineyards that make this region a UNESCO World Heritage landscape. Throughout the day, we also stop at some of the most scenic viewpoints of the Douro Valley, allowing you to admire the landscape and take memorable photos. At the end of the experience, you will return to Porto around 6:00 PM after a day exploring one of Portugal's most remarkable wine regions.
